Commis I - Pizza to support the pizza station in Kuwait, preparing dough, toppings and oven-fired pizzas to recipe and presentation standards. Only candidates whose profiles match the specific job requirements will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble pizzas to recipe and presentation standards.
• Handle dough preparation, shaping and topping assembly during service.
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure correct cook times and quality.
• Maintain station cleanliness, portion control and correct ingredient rotation.

Qualifications

• Proven dough handling and pizza assembly skills.
• Experience with oven operation and timing control.
• Strong time management, portioning and recipe adherence.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year professional kitchen experience, preferably with pizza or bakery items.
• Able to work rotating shifts in a high-volume kitchen in Kuwait.
