Overview

Experienced Baker to produce fresh bread, pastries and specialty baked goods for retail outlets in the United Arab Emirates. Role emphasizes consistent product quality, adherence to production schedules and food-safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix and portion doughs, batters and fillings; shape and proof items to specification.
• Operate and maintain ovens and bakery equipment; monitor baking times and temperatures.
• Finish, glaze and package products; ensure consistent presentation and portion control.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

Qualifications

• Practical skills in dough handling, mixing, proofing and product finishing.
• Familiarity with standard bakery recipes, portioning and basic production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on bakery experience in production or retail baking.
• Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates and work assigned shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
