Captain Waiter

Overview

Captain Waiter to lead floor service and deliver high-quality guest experiences in the United Arab Emirates. Responsible for supervising service staff, maintaining service standards and coordinating with kitchen and bar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily dining service; assign stations and manage service flow.
• Supervise and coach wait staff to ensure consistent, professional service.
• Ensure accurate order handling and timely coordination with kitchen and bar.
• Maintain table setup, station readiness, hygiene and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team supervision skills in a hospitality setting.
• Strong guest-service, communication and POS handling abilities.
• Familiarity with service standards, menus and beverage service procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year hands-on waiter or captain waiter experience in restaurants or hotels.
• Eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates and able to work flexible shifts.
