Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with ingredient preparation and basic cooking to recipe standards.
• Plate and finish dishes with consistent portioning and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety and correct stock rotation.
• Support shift handovers and follow direction from senior kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Good knife skills and basic cooking proficiency.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong time management and ability to work under service pressure.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year professional kitchen experience.
• Available for rotating shifts in a high-volume kitchen in Kuwait.
• Ability to follow direction, work as part of a team, and maintain consistency.
