About the role
Overview
Commis for a new hospitality project in the United Arab Emirates. Support food preparation, station setup and consistent plate presentation in a busy kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with ingredient preparation, portioning and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain station organisation, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Follow recipes and plating instructions to ensure consistency.
- Support inventory control and daily kitchen setup/close procedures.
Qualifications
