Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Manage a designated station during service, ensuring timing, portion control and quality.
• Supervise and coordinate junior kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor stock, assist with inventories and uphold kitchen cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce consistent dishes under service pressure.
• Strong knife skills and effective station management.
• Practical knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience in a similar role (Chef De Partie or Demi Chef de Partie).
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus and work flexible shifts, including weekends.
