About the role
Overview
Lead and coordinate site logistics, material movements and onsite teams for construction and fit-out projects across the United Arab Emirates. Work closely with site supervisors to ensure timely deliveries and inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and manage material staging on site.
- Supervise logistics crew and subcontractors to maintain productivity and safety.
- Maintain inventory records, issue materials to trades, and track shortages.
- Monitor equipment use and enforce site logistics procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in construction or site logistics roles.
- Strong material handling, inventory control and coordination skills.
- Effective communicator with practical English for site coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant foreman or supervisory experience in construction logistics.
