About the role
Overview
Host Loyalty Services role based in Cyprus. Provide front-line support to loyalty programme members and ensure personalised guest experiences at arrival points and member areas.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist loyalty members at arrival points; manage check‑in and seating flow.
- Handle member inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain accurate member records and coordinate with loyalty and operations teams.
- Support loyalty initiatives and collect guest feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience in hospitality or guest services.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional languages advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM/reservation systems and basic IT proficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, loyalty services or guest relations; based in Cyprus with availability for flexible shifts including weekends.
