Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs, workshops and on-the-job coaching.
• Deliver learning through classrooms, practical sessions and LMS-based modules.
• Measure training effectiveness with KPIs and refine programs for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with department leads to identify skill gaps and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering training in hospitality or service operations.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder-management skills; effective English communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in training and development within hospitality or customer-service environments.
