About the role
Overview
Lead onsite installation teams across the United Arab Emirates, ensuring safe, on-schedule delivery of fit-out and building installation work. Oversee crew performance, material handling, and quality control to meet project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate installation crews, schedules, and daily tasks.
- Verify installation work against drawings and quality standards.
- Enforce site safety procedures and maintain a compliant workspace.
- Coordinate material deliveries, report progress, and liaise with site stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading installation teams and managing on-site workflows.
- Strong technical knowledge of installation methods, tools, and equipment.
- Clear communication and basic documentation skills for site reporting.
