About the role
Overview
Decorative Gypsum Worker for the United Arab Emirates responsible for installing, shaping and finishing gypsum decorative elements, mouldings and ceilings on residential and commercial fit-out projects. Deliver precise, high-quality decorative finishes in line with drawings and site specifications.
Responsibilities
- Install and shape gypsum cornices, mouldings, ceiling roses and decorative panels to specification.
- Apply plaster skim, jointing and finishing to achieve smooth, uniform decorative surfaces.
- Read drawings and templates; measure and set out profiles accurately on site.
- Maintain tools, follow safe work practices and coordinate with other trades for timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in decorative gypsum installation and finishing.
- Skilled with hand and power tools, profiling, and working from templates/drawings.
- Strong attention to detail with consistent finish quality and neat workmanship.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on decorative gypsum experience on construction or fit-out projects.
- Available for work in the United Arab Emirates and able to meet standard on-site schedules.
