About the role

Key Responsibilities
HVAC & Air Conditioning Servicing
Perform routine servicing and filter cleaning for split-type AC units, fan coil units, and commercial cooling setups.
Assist in identifying basic cooling issues, drainage leaks, and airflow restrictions.
General Repairs & Painting
Carry out wall preparation, plaster patching, drywall repairs, and professional touch-up or full painting work.
Perform minor joinery and carpentry fixes (doors, locks, furniture, hardware replacement).
Plumbing & Sanitary Upkeep
Troubleshoot and fix leaking taps, clogged drains, toilet flush systems, and pipe fittings.
Perform routine inspection of water supply lines and basic drainage fixtures.
General Facilities Support
Respond promptly to daily maintenance requests and log completed tasks.
Maintain clean work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are safely stored.
Follow all safety protocols, wearing mandatory PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) on the job.
Requirements & Qualifications
Nationality: Open exclusively to candidates holding Nepalese or Sri Lankan citizenship.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in general building maintenance, facility management, or hotel/resort maintenance.
International Experience: Prior experience working abroad (e.g., Gulf region/GCC or international hotel chains) is strongly preferred.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Multi-skilled background with practical knowledge in painting, basic plumbing, AC filter/coil cleaning, and minor electrical repairs.
