F& B - Supervisor

Overview

F&B Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house service and maintaining high service standards across outlets in the United Arab Emirates. Leads shift teams to ensure efficient operations and consistent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach service staff to deliver professional, consistent guest service.
• Manage shift operations, reservations, seating and service flow.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, high-quality order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene standards and monitor stock levels.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team-management skills in a food & beverage environment.
• Strong communication, guest-service orientation and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with POS systems and operational controls; flexible shift availability.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel or large-scale F&B operations.
