About the role
Overview
Foreman - Ceramics Tilers to lead and supervise ceramic tiling teams on construction projects in the United Arab Emirates. Responsible for layout setting, quality control and coordination with site trades to deliver finished tiling works.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate tiling crews to meet project schedules and quality standards.
- Set out tile layouts, levels and grout lines from drawings and site conditions.
- Carry out on-site quality checks, surface preparation and correct material handling.
- Manage daily site activities, safety compliance and coordination with other trades.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising ceramic tiling works and small teams.
- Strong knowledge of tile installation methods, materials, grouting and finishing standards.
- Ability to read construction drawings and translate layouts to site work.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in ceramic tiling or related finishing trades.
- Available for deployment to the United Arab Emirates and able to work standard construction schedules.
